I don?t normally like to leave negative review but the behavior of the manager on duty was unprofessional and immature. I... ordered a large pizza and wings, upon arrival it was realized the wings were left behind. The driver Frazier told me he?d beback in 10 minutes to never return. After speaking with Manager or shift lead Maria I was told I would have to come pick it upbut she would leave a credit under my number for my trouble. Once I arrived I was told that I would not receive a credit becauseI came and got the wings. ??? I asked for a refund on the order and was not refunded the full amount on the wings. There was noeffort to make me feel anything other than disgust. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. The energy is off and thatcould result in inadequate and unsafe preparation of food. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza... seems like i got more of a pepperoni and BACON FAT pizza... each slice had big pieces... of the gelatin textured fat from the bacon. Thank god the toppings were included with the deal. I?ll stick to ordering this typeof pizza from different places... even dominos uses real bacon meat. Read more
The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. I give four stars because instead of a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, I received a... supreme. It was so good though. It cost more than my two topping pizza so I know the other customer was upset. My other pizzawas just spinach and tomato. It seems like all restaurants are ridiculously stingy with spinach but will pile on onions, bellpepper and mushrooms for example. I don?t want extra spinach just a normal amount spread equally over pizza. The delivery girlwas friendly and professional. The pizza arrived in the timeframe quoted. I ordered online. The picture shows the remainingpizza in one box. I hope they have removed the staff that caused all of the negative reviews because overall I had a greatexperience with this store. Thank you. I am in a hotel only 5 minutes away from this Pizza Hut. It was out for delivery for 25 minutes. When it finally showed up the... was burnt on half the pizza. Not impressed at all with this location. Won?t be using there service again when I am back. Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and I clearly asked for them to be well done. When I got home... and I open the first box I noticed that it was not well done but I just let it slide and we ate that pizza. When I open thesecond box which was the same kind of pizza that was in the first box that's why I did not open both boxes at the same time . Inoticed that that Pizza was very soggy it was not even cut into actual slices the pizza was soaked and wet. I decided to put thepizza into my own oven to finish cooking it. The pizza was so soggy that the cardboard that they place the pizza on wasliterally peeling off on to the pizza . Then I decided that I had paid too much money and I need it to call and let them knowwhat had happened. Some guy gets on the phone and very rudely says to me that the person who took my order said I did not askfor well done. When I stated that I know what I said because that's how I always buy my pizza and maybe the guy just did nothear me or possibly forgot the guy in turn told me that this particular order was the first ever order they had ever had for mein their system. Which I knew this was a blatant lie because I have physically walked into that store and ordered pizzathroughout the years. When I told the person I had no reason to lie as if I'm trying to get a free pizza he tells me all that hecan do is make another Pizza and I have to bring the old one back up there in order to get a new one. I'll have you to know thatat this point it's almost 10 at night and it's around 40 degrees outside. So I let this guy know no I am not coming back outbecause it is dark and it is cold. I asked him why can't you just give me a credit in the system so that when I decide I want toeat pizza again I can just call and order a pizza because I had the same thing happened with Domino's and they gave me a creditin the system with no problem. I like pizza hut but this location has made me stop eating it. The service is terrible and takes forever. Completely ridiculous... to to wait an hour for a carry out order placed online. Let's not even talk about the delivery. It used to be a good store Idon't know what kind of management they got in there now, but maybe they should start all over again with more capable people.
