Only coming for drinks now. If there's a need to give me burnt soup and an old salad, you should really think if anyone is okay... eating something that could possibly be expired/bad. Probably would've noticed the mediocre preparation if I didn't have a to-goorder, but they have too much leeway with rapid pickup. Read more

I have always enjoyed my meals at Panera but talk about ridiculous pricing. I had lunch there today and ordered my standard... half sandwich and half salad. I used to pay about $13 with a drink. Today it was over $17 for a half of sandwich which wasmostly bread and a small salad with 2 oz of chicken. Come on, lets not use supply chain issues for a 25% increase in cost. Itwas tasty but not $17 tasty. Read more

Pretty inefficient. When you place an order for "rapid pickup" through the app, they mark it as ready, but when you get there... the shelf is empty. You have to wait in line which can take 5-10 minutes, explain that you placed an order through the app tothe cashier and then they will get you your coffee cup. They've also run out of coffee by 8 am numerous times and are slow torefill the tanks. This isn't a one off... It's happened to me every day for the past 4 weeks with the unlimited sip club. Placed an online order and came for pickup. Was early morning so there wasn't a wait. Service was friendly and my order was... ready fresh. The bagels are a bit larger than expected and quite delicious. So was their Brioche breakfast sandwich. Interiorand exterior was clean and well kept, great job! A bit tricky to drive out of from the dip on the sidewalk, but was a greatvisit. I'll be coming again. Read more

It was the service... young lady at the front clearly did not want to be at work... I think they lose sight of the fact they are... asking for tips on to go orders and in situations that you come and get your on food, clean up behind you and possibly theperson before you in a situation if you choose to eat there... I'm over the expected gratuity for BS service. And you are pay$40 two people to have a sandwich and coffee. REALLY! Read more

This national chain is super solid. I often pop in here to do work. They have free wifi that is almost always working well. The... self service coffee and drinks are even better if you have their unlimited sip membership that allows you to get free refills onboth. Totally worth it if you plan on stopping in once a week or more. Their food is good. Freshly made. The cinnamon crunchbagels are the best bakery offering. Their sourdough is ok, but they donate a lot of extra bread so I?m happy to support them. Read more

This was my first time trying the food and I must say, it was truly satisfying. It was packed with an assortment of flavor that... lingered even after I had completed my meal. I would absolutely recommend Panera Bread to anyone seeking a fresh approach tohealthy lifestyle choices in great food. Read more

Ordered the Napa Chicken Salad and Creamy Chicken with Wild Rice soup. The sandwhich was probably the worst Chicken salad I've... ever had. I think Arby's make a better one. Also their bread isn't the greatest. The crust is chewy and the center is spongy. The soup was okay but definitely wouldn't consider it to be creamy at all and I was really looking forward to a creamy soup forlunch. They don't have all of their prices listed on the menu so you have to ask which is an inconvenience in my opinion. I justdon't see all of the hype in this place. It makes me think that a lot of people must have really low standards when it comes tofood. I'll definitely be going elsewhere from now on. Just not worth the money. Read more
