Worst customer service everrrrr. Food came out cold, we asked for it to be warmed up and the waitress with the bleached blonde... hair literally declined. I was excited to finally find a ?Nicaraguan restaurant ? and Now so disappointed. I?m headed sabores demi Tierra a restaurant with great customer service. We couldn?t even finish our foods. Read more

Traveling though Atlanta, we stopped here for dinner because we can't get Nicaraguan food where we live. The music was way to... loud, to the point where it was hard to hear the waiter who had to stand extremely close to be heard and able to hear. The foodwas cold and bland. I ended up boxing up 99%of my platter and taking home to deposit it to the garbage, my brother left hisplatter barely touched, and my mom just ordered soda.. The nacatamles tasted extremely old and had a really off flavor. (We areNicaraguan, so we know what to expect). We asked about the prices of some items being sold that was not on the menu, wasn't toldbut said it would be priced in the receipt. 2 bags of Pan pico costs 22.50 (11.25 per bag) and wouldn't remove off bill oncethey were placed at our table (even though the waiter brought the check and pan pico at the same time). Pan pico costs no morethan $6.00 per bag so this is robbery. Once the waiter dropped off the check, he pointed at the tip selection at the bottom ofthe receipt and told us to circle the tip amount. Looking over the receipt 15% gratuity was automatically added to the check.The waiter actually had the nerve to ask for double the tip. We did not provide additional tips. The food presentation and customer service were ok. The food wasn?t all that great. The meat has a bland taste. I mean for being... a traditional Nicaraguan restaurant, the food taste wasn?t all there. Also the food was pricey. Two plates, drinks costs morethan dining at a steak house. They need to either lower their prices or improve the taste. Read more

I literally came just to finally have some cacao cause I could easily hve it in Miami and they didn?t have any. This was on a... Wednesday I was told they would have it Thursday. I called Thursday they have it I?m like cool. I get there and it?s cash only.I go to the bank to get cash and when I come back they tell me they don?t have it anymore. It?s just ridiculous. Promote it asseasonal don?t have it on the menu. Idk but I wasted time and gas just trying to get this one thing. And I felt like since Iwasn?t a regular I wasn?t getting the best service or the friendliest as other patrons in the restaurant. Not a good impressionat all I literally refuse to go back. Read more
