Placed my order as a timed order for a certain time and it?s 20 min past the time that I scheduled my order to be ready. They... are too slow, they are unprofessional, and unprepared for timed orders that shouldn?t be an option if they not going to haveyour order ready on time. I would not recommend coming to this location if you need a order. Tucker location get you in and outfaster than this location. There were so many things wrong with this place. I came in 10 minutes after the ready for pick up email and only part of the... order was given. They only started working on the rest after I asked. The person that put my crazy bread in the oven came backfrom his break didn?t use gloves nor wash his hands. We got home and found the crazy bread wasn?t even cooked. Read more
Honestly I was in a rush and didn't open the box until I got home which was out of the norm the look and the quality was equally... horrible. Extremely greasy. If you don't eat a lot of grease this is not what you want. This was a one time visit for me. Inormally do Papa John's went here because of it was available. Arrived at 815 to pick up a hot and ready and a thin crust cheese pizza. They said they weren't doing that with regards to... making pizza. I guess if you want a pizza from them fresh, you have to arrive earlier in the day. Read more
Went in for a pizza. Asked if they had anything ready because they were super busy. They said cheese which was fine. I took it... without looking. Got home and it was hard and barely warm. Never had a good experience in the few times I give them a try. Feels gross inside and not organized. Online ordering said 30... mins, received an hour later than the estimated time. No one answers the phone so you can?t talk to anyone, even the customerservice phone number provided on the order confirmation email. When arrived the pizza looked terrible. This place is trash! Whatever the employees have with each other is none of my business, so that means i don't need to hear you... cussing at each other! Nor do the rest of the customers. We have been ordering from this store for 4yrs now... not sure what changed but it's not a good one. We ordered online and it... was canceled so we reordered. My kids were craving. Not only was our order canceled and obviously not delivered in 4hrs, theydo NOT answer the phone. Have to wait forever for customer service to answer and say 7-10 days for the $65 refund. So we go inperson to order. We waited 40min to get our food, just to get home to attempt to eat undercooked food. You can guess, theydon't answer the phone again. This company has been around too long for these kind of issues. Lil Caesars will not get anotherdollar from me. Do Better. Sad to leave this trash review from someone in the food industry. Read more
