when you order by phone they leave you on hold, that's fine, but the last time I called and they told me wait a moment and they... totally forgot about my call, I was in line waiting for them to attend me, you can even hear when they no longer have customersin line and they start to talk about their personal problems with the other staff, I waited in line for 15 minutes until Idecided to hang up and call again, and because the phone was off the hook, the call did not come in, so I had to go in person toplace my order . The food is excellent but train your staff to serve well -from someone who actually loves your food Read more

The quality has gone down. The speed is still great! Hopefully this was a fluke because I've been going to this location since... 2000. Read more

We used to love this location because of the awesome customer service.... but that was like over 4 years ago! Went to get food... to go, since we got there the cashier was very rude ignoring us so the other cashier started helping us... it was very busy wegot there around 10:15 pm did not leave with out complete order till about almost an hour later! When we finnally got our order, the order was wrong so we nicely asked to get it fixed we waited another 15 minutes to get our tacos but during that time theguy was took the plate from my husband no word no nothing ....as my husband was trying to get his attention he kept ignoring himidk why...it was not until my husband had to raise his voice a little, we finnally got some actual help! We then get in the carand check out tacos and still wrong! We were so upset we just wanted to go home! We will not be going to that place again !!! Read more

Food was good and reasonably priced. Huge sandwich for about 9 bucks. Total crapshoot on if your cashier speaks any English when... you are ordering. But everyone was very nice. The hibiscus drink was a little too sweet for me, I like it more bitter. Horchatawas pretty good. Read more

-Great spot for tortas and tacos, will have to try their other stuff. I tried 4 different tacos (al pastor, barbacoa, asada, and... carnitas) my first time. The barbacoa was my favorite and something unique. All of them were very tasty, served with side cupsof spicy red salsa(will make you sweat a bit) and a milder green salsa, with a lime wedge for each taco. Tacos have the meatwith onions and cilantro. - 2nd trip I tried their Barbacoa torta especiale, and I can see why they are known for their tortas.I'm not sure if the bread is made fresh there or not, but it tasted veryyy fresh. They don't list what comes on the sandwich ontheir menu so here: meat, avocado, tomato, cheese, onion, and jalapeno. The flavors blend extremely well and ingredients werevery fresh. On the side they give you a cup of spicy orange sauce(really tasty with some heat) and their green salsa. -Theyhave someone who can speak English if you are unable to speak Spanish. Average time for order to be ready is about 7 minutes asthey make everything fresh. Read more

I love their Georgia burritos. I always get the steak comes with veggies, cheese, french fries, grilled and wrapped up tight.... Open after hours so great spot to go after hitting the club or bar. If you don't speak Spanish.. no worries. There is always anEnglish speaking staff member on duty. Love this place ?? Read more
