So I have been here 3 times. The three times I have had terrible experiences with customer service. I have been coming back... because food is very tasty but if you are in a rush please don't even think about ordering from this place. And pick up ordelivery is just as bad. The first time I waited around 40 min for one dish. The second time they gave us little rice, no waterand we waited a long time. Right now I decided to order ahead so I could just pick it up but I ended waiting 55 minutes for myorder which is just ridiculous and the guy on the phone said 20 min so it makes a big difference if you have to wait even if youorder ahead! Mashallah amazing food, ordered take out for my house warming party for party of 50 and I have never had such amazing results... catering that I did with Kohinoor. I gave the order at 4pm after canceling the day before and they moved mountains toaccommodate my urgent need. I?ve never seen such an amazing performance by the Chef and his team. The food was really good, the service was OK. My biggest concern was how the chef was treating his employee which I?m assuming... was his wife. The woman took our order and went inside to tell the chef and the chef later started to yell at her calling her?bhenchod? and ?beghairat aurat? which was very concerning to me. I come to this marvelous restaurant once a month as I like the special air that is unique to this place. The staff is highly... cordial and professional. The service is impressively efficient. Needless to say, the food they cook is excellent and authenticlike you are in back home. I came more than once and I was always delighted. The expense is modest.
