Probably the worst location I?ve been to. Clearly understaffed and hurting, which is not their fault. Had to cancel a delivery... order after waiting 90 minutes with no updates other than the original delivery time of 15 minutes after my order was placed.Showed up in person to get my food and the manager was speaking so poorly to her employees. The last time I ordered from here was September 2021 and things haven't changed. I'm just down the street and waited over an... hour from my delivery and wasn't pleased when I opened my sub. I won't be giving this location another try. Do better. Read more

This is usually my fav location, but my last experience was the worst. (Suzie)The lady that was there was very unprofessional... she requested cash for my purchase ( red flag), I denied. To top it off I paid for extra meat and barely got the meat I paidfor. They were closed when I noticed the mix up. I went backthe next day there was a full staff that fixed the issue. Read more
The worst Jimmy John?s location. Every time. Last time I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and it literally made me so nauseous. I... decide to try it again because I order from other locations and ALWAYS love the Caesar wrap. This time? the order took about 1.5hours to arrive and was so sloppy. Watery juices soaked into the tortilla and no mini croutons. Such a disappointment. I don?teven know how it?s possible to have so much water liquid in it and coming out of it. Trashed immediately. I did an online order for the veggie. What a joke! It had a little lettuce, 3 slices if tomatoes which one was the end with rind... in it, and cheese, thankfully I ask to add pickles. 4 pickles slices, gee don't hurt yourself! We called to complain the ladythat answered the phone said she was the owner and she made my sandwich herself, and nothing is wrong with it. Where?s thecucumber and avocado that comes it?!? I brought 2 sandwich and they didn't ask me how would I like it prepared. They forgot a couple of ingredients and graciously... gave themselves a 3 dollar tip.
