I was treated kindly and service was great my first time here. Upon returning however I have been mistreated, twice now,... prompting this negative review. I am homeless. I come here daily because of the hours open and the food is of my liking. Anothercustomer talked to me and as I was replying a manager rudely interrupted asking the other guy if I was harassing him and thebellhop chimed in that this is a daily thing.. Lol it is most certainly not. I am a quiet customer and hardly talk to anyone. Ieat my food, sit for a little while and then leave. A daily thing that a homeless man is mistreated? Absolutely. I will neverreturn to this restaurant. I will try Denny's from now on. I am homeless because I got hit by a car. I am waiting on asettlement. I intend to buy this restaurant as the business is great and I'm going to personally fire the manager whom was setstraight by the other customer that I indeed was not bothering him, and the smart mouthed bellhop whom claims erroneously thatthis is a daily occurrence. When this restaurant is under new ownership I will advertise it and then I encourage you to returnthen because you will not ever be mistreated by the staff. Read more

As I entered I could see/feel chaotic atmosphere; but, this was my second drive to IHOP. The other opened 24 hours IHOP was... closed (probably bc it was the 25th hour of day). We'll, I was already thinking something of IHOP but I stayed anyway. Then thesecond shoe dropped, flash ( the manager - my nickname for him) completed two order by yelling across the store, a third throughyelled dialogue; flash came to my table took our order in 1.2 seconds flat with no yelling. Then IHOP struck out, the food wasnot prepared properly - unappealing/insufficient. IHOP here's some free advice: if there's a national or global shortage ofstrawberries - just remove the item from the menu. Anyway, even if I had my money back I would still be in the negative.Specifically, this IHOP need not expect me to Grace them with my presence again. Once was too much! Read more
