I live right next to Dunkin so naturally I was super excited to move in. THIS PLACE SUCKS. It is very slow and I am more... surprised when they get my (simple) drink order correct. Overall horrible and do not recommend. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food place. I ordered a large iced coffee and when I pulled up to the window I... reinstated this. They had already made a medium so when I mentioned this the cashier grabbed a large cup added ice and pouredthe drink in. When he handed it to me there was so much ice I couldn?t even put my straw in the cup. When I asked for a refundthe cashier said he could just crush the ice for me. I left very disappointed. Update: I?ve had a great experience here in the past per my last review. However, Im currently at the store after 5am and came... once this week and they are closed. A lady held up one finger a few minutes ago today but she hasn?t came to the window toupdate. To Holcomb bridge I go. Very disappointing Original review: It?s 7:18am and Kimberly has such a welcoming, positive,happy vibe. I literally left with her energy. Customer service is heavily lacking in today?s world so this experience reallystood out. This is the BEST interaction that I?ve had with any Dunkin Donut. Kimberly, never change! Give her a raise! This location deserves no stars. I just visited there at 7:30am this morning and will never return. I went via the drive thru.... When it was my turn, it waited for about 4 minutes before giving my order and then I was told to HOLD, which I did for another 4 minutes. Then the car behind of me, started blowing the horn, as if I was the problem. When the attendant returned and with noapology, I proceeded to complete my order. I got to the window and informed the same attendant nicely that the wait was too longand the car behind of me was honking their horn. He replied, "if you cannot wait and think you can do better, then come insideand apply." OMG!!! Such customer service so early in the morning, especially when I was not even rude or disrespectful. Herepeated himself twice and showed no remorse and I informed him that he was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. The strangest thing, therewere only 2 cars in the drive-thru and only 3 customers inside the store. They were not busy! So I don't even know why all theholds. Quite disappointed, as I visited that location years ago and had great customer service. NOW, you don't even deserve onestar and I will NEVER return. As a matter of fact, you should be FIRED. I came to Gyro City Grill a few weeks ago and the food was AMAZING, Highly recommend the Gyro with fries. The waiting time... wasn?t that long. And for dessert the chocolate cake!! That chocolate cake was one of the best chocolate cakes I?ve ever had andit was SO BIG!! 3 persons could eat from one piece!???????????? Read more

Really disappointed with my experience. I went to this location as it was the closest donut place to a friends house and we... wanted some munchkins for breakfast. The drive through person was kind of short with me, but I still tried to have a positiveattitude towards them as I know they?re probably tired. So I got my munchkins and my coffee and left. When I got back to myfriends house ALL of the munchkins were stale! They were so hard we could barley bite into them which was really disappointingand a waste of money. The drive back from the Dunkin? Donuts was only 3 minutes so I don?t think it would be possible to getthat stale in that amount of time. I would give 1 star but the coffee was actually good so that?s why I gave them 2. Mysuggestion though would be go to a different location. Read more

Pay attention to your Receipt they are charging $1 (a dollar) to NOT I repeat to NOT put ice in your cup how is it that you... charge the customer for not putting ice in a drink that?s being purchase. Laila (supervisor) excuse was prices went up. Me;WHAT!!!!!! (???????? am I purchasing gas no a drink w/ NO ICE ) that should be more of a reason not to put ice when a customerrequest. Absolutely absurd & ridiculous customers are being charged for not wanting Ice in there drink. By Not putting Icerequires less labor. Laila was extremely unprofessional rude and argumentative with a customer she needs training on customerservice and relations . Clearly she has no training a family member or friend hired her with no training(franchise location Iwas informed after asking for corporate number, Laila response as if she?s untouchable with being reprimand) she is a completeembarrassment on Dunkin. I stated there should be a sign customer should be informed they are being charged $1 for no Ice don?tjust take it upon yourself and charge customer. Charging for No ice is just distasteful. I requested a refund and will not bereturning. There are plenty places that is better than Dunkin(convenient sometimes is not worth it and in this case it?s not).Business fail to realize & the pandemic didn?t teach business owners anything you need the customers the customers do not needyour business get better customer service & relation training with staff. I noticed Most people who work at these low end payingjobs have the worse attitudes as if you owe them something.One of the reason people like myself are not spending hard earn moneyon business with bad customer service.
