It was a very friendly and accommodating team this morning. When I noticed my large latte was made of mostly milk (10 or more... oz- gah!) and was on the "light" side of how coffees go (take it from a native NYer, "light" has a specific meaning), I asked tohave the same coffee remade in the medium-sized cup with less milk and they kindly remade the coffee for me. Worst Dunkin? I have ever been to! If I could give them a zero star experience I would, literally had me waiting over 40 minutes... for a simple order, never again! Great food and very attentive staff. The drinks are wonderful.
I think all the recent reviews cover everything wrong with this place. Poor service, constantly getting your order wrong no... matter what you ordered, anything you order that's supposed to be hot like a breakfast sandwich will be most likely cold but ifyou're lucky, lukewarm. Go to another dunkin donuts or go to starbucks, this place is horrible. Read more
Its a hit or miss i always ask for the same coffee but i feel like it depends whos making it because sometimes i get a good... creamy coffee and other days its all strong and dark. Read more

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They never give me my complete order (for 2 adults, so a total of 4... items) and something is always either burnt, cold, or burnt and cold. There are 2 other dunkins very close by, just bypass thisone all together. Read more
I went to this location on yesterday morning to order my French vanilla frozen coffee and the lady at the window could not make... out what I was saying after telling her 3x.....So I told her not to worry about it, just cancel the order. At that time thisextremely rude individual proceeds to start yelling at me to the point she's speaking in Spanish which I had absolutely no ideawhat she was saying other than "BYE" I drove around to the window since I couldn't back out and once the lady whom spoke hostileto me in the blue shirt realized I stop at the window of course she wouldn't open the window for me to kindly ask her to help meunderstand why did she speak to me in that tone/manner....Sooo now I have to go inside but of course the cowardly little ladywould not even look at me. The guy at the register spoke with me and was also very apologetic even offered me donuts but at thispoint I'm disgusted ONLY because I'm always kind to people and to have to experience such unprofessionalism & hostility just forchanging my mind about a frozen coffee was totally disturbing & unacceptable.
