Clearly no quality check on this order. Delivery guy said there was nothing he could do ?I just deliver them? so I had to drive... them back up to the store and the guy had no problems refunding my money. Obviously he didn?t care, never apologized oranything. Chicken was cold and cheese not melted. Extravanza was barely a pizza much less extravagant. What happened to mycheese on the thin crust! Dominos has some explaining to do. What a complete waste of time and effort. Will NEVER order fromthis location and will be a while before I order from Dominos again. Read more
????????????????HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION???????????????? The afternoon store manager David, is very... disgusting and disrespectful! I ordered a beef and cheese pizza well done I received one pizza well done with pork and The othercheese pizza not cooked at all! When I contacted store location 5175 S Old Peach Tree Rd Norcross GA 30071 to informed them whatIve received an employee answered and apologized and informed me his MANAGER DAVID would have to handle the situation. WhenDavid got on the phone I informed him of the situation and that I am pregnant and allergic to pork he automatically respondedthat it was a beef pizza, beef and pork is the same meat it is not his fault that I don?t know the difference HE WILL NOT GIVEME A REFUND. If I wanted a credit on the pizza I had to bring it back to the store after I ordered it for delivery because I hadno transportation. He did not apologize instead he hung up the phone in my face after I asked to speak to his superior. Then,when my husband got to the store, the store manager DAVID bullied the situation and stated that he will not provide us with arefund and he is trespassing after telling me to bring back the pizza. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DISGUSTING CUSTOMERSERVICE, AND THE MANAGER FORCES PROPLE TO EAT ITEMS THAT THEY ARE ALLERGIC TOO! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN! This place is fine when not busy, but it's ability to manage a rush is non-existent. Zero customer service skills and... unabashedly unapologetic. 45-minute wait for an undercooked soggy mess. I was a loyal customer, but it will be difficult toovercome this most recent pathetic experience. Read more
The pizza is pretty good I generally order take out cause the delivery here takes forever lately. One time I never got the pizza... I had to go pick it up but they gave it to me free. But the pizza is always pretty good. Read more
This was the worse service. The driver brought me cold pizza ad then I had to walk down the steps with a messed up ankle to get... it. I?m so mad. I paid for it and gave a tip because I know God will bless me. I need y?all to get it together. Then no extracheese. Dang it. Man cold pizza!!! Wow $34 for some cold pizza. This place has gotten so bad, it?s a wastage of time even writing about it. Second time in a row where I had to wait for 10... minutes at the carry out window. The pizza was cold, stale, spinach was dry looked like 1 yr old. Can?t believe how ridiculousthis place has gotten. Read more
