Must Be Short Staffed. Website said 5 minute wait. We waited 1 hour for service. Our table of 3 received OK service at best.... Amongst the best "bang for your buck " casual dining experiences around. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and... personally motivated to enhance your dining experience. I'm 6"2", 250lbs. and can eat. I often order two entrees to satiate mygrown man appetite. Tonight I ordered an extra side item accompanied with a few biscuits and I was very satisfied. The food wasvery good, the prices very reasonable and the atmosphere very comfortable. I recommend this option for a casual dinnerespecially as a break from traditional fast food and quick meals. Despite the fact they were understaffed and busy you could tell the whole team was working together to make sure every guest was... taken care of. My sister and I both were beyond impressed. Not only were we taken care of in a timely and professional manner,but our food came out quickly and more importantly correctly. The food itself was the best I've ever had from one of the manycracker barrel locations I've visited. Our server Akebia was such a sweet heart and despite being busy she was polite and tookthe time to talk with us and make sure everything was right and didn't try to rush away she was very cool under the pressure ofthe busy crowd. She kept our drinks full and even asked if we wanted a drink to-go when we were finished. Every staff member wemet today from the host, the kitchen staff and the cashier were phenomenal. They all deserve to be given praise for theiroutstanding team work and beautiful service. You've got an amazing group of people at this location. Read more

Good breakfast as expected. Grandma?s sampler never failed us. Tasty and delicious. Fast and friendly service.

We went to this location at 12:15pm on 4/1/22. We ordered lunch portions of the meatloaf and were given dinner portions and... charged for dinner portions. When I spoke to the manager about it, he was extremely rude and yelled at the cashier who calledhim up front. He offered only to take off one drink even though we had to wait over 30 minutes for food, the sweet tea wasundrinkable, gravy was not given to go with the country fried steak. We paid over $70 for this and it was absolutely awful. Part of the excuse was that the waitress was new but that's absolutely no excuse. Will absolutely never go there again. Read more
