I called ahead for a burger and the lady on the other end of the phone hung up on me and acted as if she was disturbed that I... didn't want the combo, but just the burger, and argued when I said "I want everything on the burger except pickles andmustard" she said "well, you don't want everything on it". I came into the store because I didn't know if she was actuallygoing to make the burger after she just hung up on me and said "I'm the person you just hung up on and argued with about aburger and I wanted to know if you started making it or not." She said "yeah", and offered no apology, and said it would beabout 10 minutes. This woman has been rude before to my husband so I stopped him from going to pick up food from there. Wings are not worth the experience. I am a fan of this establishments wings. Everything else on their menu is fast food drive... through window quality at best. Though I like these smaller sized wings because you get the flavor of the wing sauce in everybite, I rarely visit this establishment. Today it took me about an hour to obtain my "to go" order after calling in to place theorder 30 minutes before arriving at the establishment. They do take call in orders but they never ever start cooking your orderuntil you arrive and pay for the order. You often stand in a very small crowded area with all of the other people who called inorders. As well, this establishment does NOT require customers to wear mask. 50% of the customers did not wear mask and one youglady had an obvious cold or allergy condition. This young lady had numerous coughing and sneezing fits while not wearing a maskin a small crowded room. As I stated before, the wings are pretty good and are usually cooked thoroughly. I had a sudden cravings for the wings so found this one which has wings in its name. Now I would expect wings would be good. I... ordered 20 PC Wings paid for each sauce and half costing extra $1.5. Bill came $17. I had high expectations. Reached home andtotally disappointed. The wings were extremely small like baby wings, dry and not tasty at all. Not enough sauce And flavor. Theonly good thing was the ranch sauce which was company made. It was so bad that my husband decided not to eat and I had to eatall of it???? I wish I didn't order from here. Read more
It's not a bad wing place might become the back up for when my usual place is closed. The wings are however on the small side,... they are pretty good taste wise think I'll have to get larger order to make up for the size. Read more

Very good wings, if you like spicy, the extra hot is actually really hot. None of that "sort of hot" bs. Very crispy and not... very expensive. Worth a trip. Lady behind the counter is very nice too. Read more
