Love Chipotle and work in the area but for the past few months ordering here has been nothing but a headache. Every order I have... made had something missing. Management seems like they all rather be somewhere else. The reason I'm writing this review isbecause I got bad welted brown salad on my tacos, missing rice, and guacamole. Walked in at 8pm store closes at 10pm, store was a disaster. Food was every where, they were out of basic white rice. As me and... other customers stood there waiting for the rice to be refilled (about 10 mins, the employees just stood there staring at us andlaughed and joked about the food being unavailable. At a minimum while they were waiting on another employee to refill the onceitem that had completely stopped the order line, they could have cleaned the nasty disgusting hot bar in front of them. I went here and ordered a steak bowl. The steak was definitely well done. The young man working didn?t greet me to let me know... that he was ready trying to be difficult because I looked down at my phone but the line hadn?t moved in 5 mins. This is by far the worst Chipotle ever. They are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING. I have been up there three times this week at... different times and they are consistently out of fajita peppers, or vinaigrette, or something. Do you think they even consider adiscount for being out of stuff? Nope! Still paying full price but I never get what I want and on top of that have to wait 30mins to hear it. It?s the closest one to me and I have short lunch breaks so I usually have to deal but when is enough enough!Calling corporate because they need to do better! These kids thought it was funny to mishandle the fixings of my order. I requested extra rice on my mobile order. Guess what... these jerks did, gave me way less than the normal portion. I was eating cheesy soup due to the bed of veggies and cheese. I donot play about my food while I?m on break at work and while I?m spending my money! I really advise food establishments to hireserious-minded employees instead of children who play all day and get a check. I got my BOGO for complaining to corporate butwith this being my 2nd instance here, I?m likely not returning to this location. I have had nothing but bad food quality and poor service at this location. The final straw for me was today I ordered food for... my family through the app only for my order to be cancelled 30 minutes after the expected delivery, with a text saying tocontact the store for details. I also wanted to add - THERE WAS A DOOR DASH DRIVER AT THE LOCATION. I called the store 4 timesand once I got through the answering service system, it sent me to a voice-mail that was full. I jumped on the apps help desk,that was a joke. Your company has my phone number and email - why can't they reach out if my order can't be completed WITHIN ATIMELY MANNER? Not an hour and half after I place the order to receive a cancelation. Chipotle man, do better. Door Dash, dobetter. Your people steal food all the time. Had to wait an extra half hour , paid extra for meat, and only got enough for about half a bite. My burrito seemed like it was... made with what they could scrape together. Literally nothing but bit of rice and beans , about half of what I usually get ,missing the vegetables and fajitas I ordered. Pulled all the meat out and there was only a tiny pile in the corner. This is a busy location that sits just off Jimmy Carter Blvd(exit 99). The cool thing is its attached to a Starbucks drive... through. Today, my food was prepared fast and efficiently right before my eyes. I got the carnitas tacos, which you get 3 of forone price. The place was clean and the food was fresh. There are many other businesses around..even a well known spa nearby.Parking available and now, vaccinated people can choose not to wear a mask.
