My son and I came to this checkers on 10/15 4:15 am. The lady taking the order greeted us with we only have wings and chicken... bites. I asked for 2 orders of chicken bites. I asked if they had fries because her greeting said only chicken wings and bites.I ordered 2 medium fries and 1 drink. I get to the window and asked how is my total 19 and some change? She replies cause youordered two combos. I informed her that I did not. She turns and ask the guy working the fry station. Didn?t she order 2 comboshe replied I didn?t hear that. I asked the lady who had her hand on her hip and rolling her neck why did she have an attitude.She slams the window and locked it. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If I ordered a combo she didn?t take mysecond drink order so I?m confused as to how it was a combo. And how on earth do a burger place not have burgers. Management ifyou need me to describe the rude lady and the fry cook that night/early morning please respond. I get we all have bad days butthis unacceptable and it?s your job! Read more

So I had already didn?t wanna go to this sonic because I had once got food poisoning for this particular location but eny ways... yesterday I stopped by customer service was horrible highly disrespectful he asked me what did I want tonight lol then told me Iwas lucky they gave me large fries instead of the medium I asked for gave me my drink then slammed the window in face justhorrible this location needs to be shut down tbh or bring in brand new workers because the ones that work there are no goodsorry this location on jimmy Cartier has been going down hill since 2015 I yeah my sandwich was no good basically throwntogether missing alot on the sandwich Read more
I tell you what I absolutely love checkers. But this new automated system is NOT what's happening. At first I didn't think the... thing was on and it doesn't give the option to make changes to your meal so when you get to the window to tell the REAL PEOPLEwhat you actually wanted they catch an attitude. I ordered the 6ct cheese sticks but I only got 4 but they were fresh. I like the fact that this location is giving out samples... of the cookie brownie although I tried it at another location last week. I highly recommend this delicious hot treat and it'sserved with vanilla ice cream...Thank me later !!! Read more

Not a fan of the robo-ordering system. But the burgers are good, kind of a classic style mayonasie/tomato/salt flavor burger.... Unfortunately checkers fries straight up make me feel unhealthy so I usually skip them. Read more
