I would not expect customer service anywhere in the fast food industry but this place sure changed my mind. Staffs are really... nice and patience with me and happy to assist when I had questions about the item! Shakes and ice-cream are delicious! Fishsandwich is amazing. Earlier tonight I went though the drive thru to order a number #1. There was one car behind me and nobody in front of me. I... ordered it the same as I always do no onions, no ketchup and no tomato. I order it with no ketchup and no tomato because I?m nota fan however I order with no onion because I?m highly allergic. So I take a bite out of it and guess what?s on it, onions. Sothen I proceeded to spend the next three hours in urgent care. I called the restaurant three times each time it rang around15times with no answer or answering machine. I mean it?s bad enough you messed the food up but then you create an environmentwhere you cannot be reached. Are you just trying to drive customers away? Truth be told someone answers the phone I probably donot leave this review. It's not the worst place to go, but the one off of Singleton and Jimmy Carter is better. The fries here always taste as if... they've been sitting for a while and are double dipped, hard or chewy. They hardly ever taste fresh. Read more
I ordered a big spicy chicken so I thought, but I didn't so they offered to remake the order and replaced it with a Muther... Cruncher. I didn't like all the stuff on it as I just wanted a chicken sandwich with bacon. I do appreciate them trying to fixeverything. They were very short staffed, but the food was hot and fresh. Read more
This visit was a refreshing change compared to most fastfood restaurants. I used the drive thru and the lady that took my order... was well spoken and super polite. We got our food and it was all there and fresh! Whatever they are doing differently than 99%of other fastfood places, keep it up, hopefully it's a trend that will catch on everywhere. Read more
I saw many people like Checker. I think this fast food restaurant is OK too......They had done pretty good job I think......But...
