I would not expect customer service anywhere in the fast food industry but this place sure changed my mind. Staffs are really... nice and patience with me and happy to assist when I had questions about the item! Shakes and ice-cream are delicious! Fishsandwich is amazing. Earlier tonight I went though the drive thru to order a number #1. There was one car behind me and nobody in front of me. I... ordered it the same as I always do no onions, no ketchup and no tomato. I order it with no ketchup and no tomato because I?m nota fan however I order with no onion because I?m highly allergic. So I take a bite out of it and guess what?s on it, onions. Sothen I proceeded to spend the next three hours in urgent care. I called the restaurant three times each time it rang around15times with no answer or answering machine. I mean it?s bad enough you messed the food up but then you create an environmentwhere you cannot be reached. Are you just trying to drive customers away? Truth be told someone answers the phone I probably donot leave this review.
