Ron helped me. He was having a rough morning, doing two people's jobs. But he was handling it great! My food was fresh.... Seriously, it's hard to find good fast food for breakfast in my area. You all know about the closed-down Taco Bell and I thinkthe other one is just as bad. He took the time to actually talk to me= refreshing. He was kind and courteous, and I'm gratefulthat he's no longer a stranger@-@ keep up the good work, Ron and Burger King associates. You are one of the unsung heroes! Read more

Unfortunately they have a very poor service, customer service is disgusting, I was there this morning 9/16/22 and the person who... attended me, who I assume is the manager has a bad attitude, I asked for ranch sauce and he said I don't have, when I waslooking at the ranch on the shelves. I told him there you have some on the shelves sell me some please I'll pay you, and he toldme I already told you I don't have!! and he turned around and ignored me, simple as that. I am not a person who likes to putothers down, but this time I have to do it because for a few days I have been noticing the terrible service of this person whoattends me every morning, I always buy here because I like Burger King and my work is almost in front. They got a new guy working in the window and manager. Now the food is always hot, the ice cream machine now works all the time.... They need to do everything they can the keep those guys. I use to hate this place. They are really turning it around Read more

First off the manager there has a very poor attitude and lied to me about the code on my receipt for the free whopper. I don?t... know if she did it in purpose or just didn?t feel like taking the receipt with the code . But did have no trouble getting singthe same one at the Buford hwy location. I?ll never go to the peachtree corners one because of that nasty attitude manager. Read more

Got here around 11:35pm, they close at 12am. Sat in the drive through for five minutes without being acknowledged before we went... to the window to see if anyone was inside. Workers were inside but ignoring us even though they were supposed to be open. Around11:50 someone finally came to the window saying he was off the clock but would get someone for us. I told him not to worry aboutit but that he should know that weve been sitting here for about 15min and other people have left as well. If you're closingearly at least say so, dont just ignore your customers. Read more

All they care about is the window counter. They make you back up behind their sensor and wait until the good is ready. And today... I ordered the Sourdough King with pickles.... no pickles, bread not toasted, and no sauce on my burger. I literally had 2 piecesof bread with the patties, cheese, and some onions slapped on it. Got no receipt. Horrible customer service. Filing a corporatecomplaint as well. Get your sht together. Read more
