I went there on 24 Janaury 2022 and it was horrible. No drive through. So I went inside to place my order and it was evident... that there is no manager or supervisor at this place. A bunch of guys with horrible customer service skills, no uniforms, pantsbelow the waist just disgusting. There was only one young man working the one dispatching the food he was cordial andprofessional. Got home with the sandwich an it was disgusting you could tell it was something made on the rush. The restaurantwas dirty, the soda machine was dirty, so I didn't even get the drinks. I regreat going there to eat. Corporate need to take alook at this facility. The impossible burger was very tasty. It wasn?t greasy or heavy. Bread was nicely toasted and when you got to the bite of the... sandwich with the lettuce, pickles, onions and the sauce it gave a nice burst of flavor fulfillment. Location has a couple entrypoints, which makes it easy to get in and out during busy times. The customer service was average at the drive through box. Itwas better at the window. Very disappointed with my experience. Went in to order, and the lady at the counter got my order wrong two or three times. ... Finally got it ?right? then realized she did not include a drink. When I asked for the drink I ordered originally, she arguedthat I never said anything and I was wrong. I told her forget it. Food was warm, but more so room temperature. Overall do notrecommend.
