The service at this Bruster's location is much less than satisfactory. The servers are loud, extremely unprofessional, rude, and... would rather make jokes about their customers than serve them. A few weeks ago (6/10/2022), I came to the location at about 9 pm. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I finally got... impatient and drove to the window. Several of the workers looked as I sat there for another 5 minutes. Finally a manager comesto the window and announce to me that they are closed. I see customers being served at the walk up and mentioned it. He saidthat he is just going to serve them and others waiting at the walk up but after them no more. The time he took telling me thiscould have been spent asking me my order, preparing my order, making money for the Bruster's owner, and sending away a happycustomer. Instead he watched me disappointedly drive away. I reached out to customer service and THEY NEVER reached back outwith even as much as an apology for an early closing and terrible unfriendly customer service. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROMBRUSTER'S AGAIN. Poor customer service at the store and poor customer service on a corporate level (Judy Galand NEVER FOLLOWEDUP)....not acceptable. Great ice cream. Tasted great, looked great. I order a birth day ice cream cake from here, also bought the candles. They forgot... my candle, resulted in half an hour trip to Walmart.
