not gonna lie, I'm rarely satisfied with customer service and I don't give out 5 stars often. But I came in on the 31st of... January at 9.30pm and shehzad (the guy who works there late) and his boss gave us the best service I have ever gotten fromanyone. I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. I think the owner tried to skimp and gave me an iced coffee. It tastes... nothing like how other Dunkin locations make it. Learn to make the drinks correctly. You're a franchise for goodness sakes. Ishould have checked the reviews first before ordering at this location. I literally paid $6 for a watered down, nasty coffeewith ice. There was definitely no espresso and no extra shot like I paid for. Shame. Read more
