I wish it was possible to leave a zero. Viviana R. From store #1101173 was extremely rude. I understand the service not being... extremely great with the times but the attitude started from placing our order. With her giving snappy and unnecessary answers.When placing the order she would respond with ?I heard you the first time? and not letting us place our order cause she wasinterrupting with a distasteful attitude. Both service and food was very good!! We ordered a burger that actually came with regular whole lettuce rather than shredded... lettuce. We had another Carl's jr. Wanting to charge us extra for regular lettuce, not shredded. We would eat here again. Dave.. Read more
We stopped in to try the new Beyond Burger (plant based proteins), the burger was actually pretty good. Excellent texture, great... taste. The cooks were still trying to figure out how to cook it properly. Mine was perfect, but my wife's was undercooked. Themanager saw us poking around the sandwich and came over to see how we were doing with it. She saw the problem, took the sandwichand brought us a perfectly cooked replacement. Thank you Maria! AWFUL! LETTUCE on both sandwich and in salad was rotten! Brown & slimy rotten! The cake & cookie were so old they were... uneatable. Only thing I could stomach, was the soda. I was too far away to return, by the time I was able to eat. Oh, theburger & the bun were both BURNED! I CAN'T STAND BURNT FOOD! Pic. Att. All was thrown out. Stopped latter at a Taco Bell. The food is usually what you expect it to be. The place maintains itself pretty clean and I have never had any sort of issues... with this location. Employees do come and go so the service may vary from time to time. But I say that as someone that has livedin the area 20+ years.. this location also has a children's outdoor play area that get the job done.. Read more
The service was better than year ago...fast service for takeout. The food was good; we used our coupons to save our money a... little. We ate french fries, onion rings, double cheeseburger (great cost!) And famous star with cheese; we ate it all! Keep itup great work!! Read more
