This restaurant is my favorite type. It's owned and managed right here, not some large corporate entity. Most times I have... visited, the owner was running the register, watching over and taking account of store issues. In my most recent visit, themanager came to my table to tell me the fountain drink I requested has been changed. I believe most other businesses would havetaped a piece of paper reading OUT OF ORDER on it. Not here. The decor is a multi colored "California concept", which doesn'tdo much. The lobby/main room is surprisingly dark. This is contested by the atrium. It is extremely bright and loaded withcolorful picnic tables, that seem appropriate for a celebrating baseball team or birthday party. And the burgers are great forthat birthday environment as well. Normally I would talk about the food first, but in this case I thought it needed context. It's a quite simple menu, I'm sure they will customize it but it's a basic hamburger/cheeseburger. The kind that kids like andwon't complain about. It's a small thing, but my only complaint is that the delicious burgers are not huge... Again, twelveyear old kid sized. But small compared to gourmet burgers we've become accustomed to. The prices are reasonable and they arerarely busy when I've stopped in. So please, take a look in to see what a business looks like when run by someone who cares andcounts on his customers. Read more

The burger was great and loaded with perfectly melted cheese. I also had the west coast fries which were still crispy even with... lots of cheese and sauce on them. The order was ready in about 10 minutes too. Awesome place! Read more

Ordered my food, sat down and staff completely forgot about me. Waited 30 min (exactly) watched as 6 other tables who came in... after me received their meals ate them and left? when I alerted the staff (I think the owner) that I was leaving he said ?I?llmake your food right now? ?.. I walked out leaving $36 of my money there for nothing!!!! Don?t waste your time. If I could I?dleave no stars. Read more

We love this place. So much like In-N out! But better fries. Wish they had a drive thru, but it won?t keep us from being back!

Our first time to this little shop and we were not disappointed! My husband had the open -grilled chicken sandwich that he... said was one of the best he had ever had and I had the grilled cheese sandwich that was ?non-greasy!!? All in all, fairlyhealthy lunch ! Read more

OMG what an incredible find in what seems like the middle of nowhere but a giant neighborhood with bougie shops every where. A... little shack of heaven with fresh tomatoes, crisp onion and lettuce, and the most flavorful pattie I have tasted in years.Anyone that preaches for In and Out come check this place out. You will be singing a new tune for sure. Read more

This place used to be very good. It's not so much anymore. The burger patty was small and bland, the cheese was not melted, and... I'm not sure I even tasted the special sauce. The fries were the highlight of the meal, and it was obvious they were frozen, notfresh. My friend and I only ate here because Martin's was too busy, and I recommended we go here because of the good experiencesI've had in the past. Those days are gone, though. The service now is slow, and the prices are too high. I used to go out of myway to eat here. I won't anymore. Read more

I love this place. Definitely one of the best burgers around. It is a lot like In-N-Out but the fries are better. Never was a... big fan of In-N-Out fries so this is a plus. Read more
