Very disappointed and frustrating. First, I ordered 10 tim bits but only got 9. Second, I asked 5 of those to be honey cruller... but got honey glazed instead. Third, I ordered the vegetarian harvest breakfast sandwich, but they gave me real meat sausage. Iwaited back in line to return it and only got the regular egg and cheese as I didn't trust on what they were doing. I gave twostars because the older lady refunded me back the difference. I write this review so management can take notice, give bettertraining to the kids working there and to avoid anyone else experiencing this again. Read more

Late June 2022. A mobile order of black coffee is made fast. But cream is complemented.
My stepdad and I are always going to this location?s drive-thru. We liked it here because they?re always fast and efficient... except for the fact that there?s one crew that takes the order so ?grumpily? every morning. We usually just shrug it off but notuntil today when my Mom and I went to their drive-thru, it was the same girl. She doesn?t know how to say ?please? nor ?thankyou?. And just rudely said ?drive through!? My Mom was taken a back and responded on the prompter ?Wow! Not even a thank you.? Ihope the crew knows that her misdemeanour can affect someone?s mood too, if you?re plainly rude, please don?t work in this typeof environment. Read more
The staff work hard at serving the community here. The drive-through has a stoplight to exit so it's a safe choice for drivers.... Construction type guys, and local elementary school kids also frequent this location. So it's not a posh Tim's, but the foodstill tastes great and there is a relaxed vibe here. Read more
