Usually we love ordering from Wok N Roll, but this customer service is unacceptable. We ordered a $70+ order yesterday and... didn?t receive everything we ordered. We were missing the wraps and sauce from the mooshu pork, which isn?t the biggest deal butit was still a problem, so I called them this morning to let them know what happened and see what they could do. The girl on thephone was rude and acted like she didn?t know that the wraps and sauce went with mooshu pork (which was a $12 meal). She saidshe could give us wraps even tho I told her it was yesterday and was already thrown out. She then got the manager on the phoneand he was rude as well, claiming he bagged the order and he knew it was in there. He asked what he could do and I suggested toreplace the meal. He said ok and asked if I could come get a replacement and I said yes. Before I could give my name or a time Icould come he said bye and hung up. Then only 20 minutes later the girl called my number and asked if I was coming to get themeal??? I wasn?t able to tell the manager what time I could come get it and they called to ask if I was still coming??? Im 30minutes away! How could I be there in 20? I told her that I was on the way and she hung up while I was still talking!!!!! Worstcustomer service I have had from a restaurant in a long time. Like I said we never have problems, but this is just beyond me.Gonna have to find a new takeout place if this is the kind of service they provide when THEY mess something up. Read more
