Cheeseburger was cold fries was so so. Went back to order a frosty machine was down. Also observed the manager cleaning out the... little cooler that the french fries are stored in have there must have been some spilled on the inside she picked them up andshe threw them in the fryer till she realized I was watching and then she put them in the trash just was not impressed all theway around Read more
Yo Wendy's did me wrong today. After a quick drive to my favorite Wendy's I ordered a spicy chicken with extra lettuce extra... mayo combo. When I received a wrong order containing a hamburger and fries I quickly made my way inside to get my ordercorrected. They gave me a chicken sandwich alright but it sure didn't have any lettuce on it and it sure didn't have any Mayo.They did however include my fries. I was trying to go to crunch town with the extra lettuce and I wasn't able to go. Not onlycan I not crunch and munch but I also had an appointment to go to and could not turn around to correct the second order. Now I'msitting here in the waiting area of my appointment severely dissatisfied with my meal that I paid extra for to get extratoppings. Read more
I ordered a reg. Double and it was offer. It wasnt hot, barely warm. Fries were old. My husband was in the hospital at Lutheran... and I only had time to run and get it and felt sick after I ate. Not sure I'll do that again that's for sure. Read more

Bought $5 Brown Bag n They were out of regular size soda pop cups instead i gotten child size. Plus i gotten a small strawberry... berry milkshake instead of large so they were outta large size. Water Flood in the middle of the floor no mopping up. Mostlysoda pop options in the soda machine were completely out. The bench seat im sitting on now is broken n sunk in. Kid or ChildrenFriendly. Fast as they in employees or employers can be. Yes hot n fresh fast food. Can be very busy here so come quick before uwait awhile. Read more
I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 baconators, large, with Dr pepper. $21 later and I get home and open these...... seriously? Thats not even a son of the baconator on a good day. Jr. Bacon cheese, maybe. Certainly not 20 bucks worth of food.If Dave were still alive, what would he say? You guys can and should do better. Read more
