I really like Qdoba in general but this location is not great. I live near by and have been many times and it?s consistently the... worst Qdoba I?ve been too. It?s generally slow, dirty, and quite pricy. I had to tell the employee to add cheese to thequesadilla. This is a prime location so hopefully the management changes and brings up the standards. We went to this location this past Saturday. The workers were extremely slow and gave maybe half portions of everything. They... acted like they had no idea what was going on. There were only two people in front of us yet we stood in line for at least 15minutes. One person put half of the items in our bowls and then let them sit there for the other person to finish but that justcaused our food to sit there forever because that person was so slow. The person who seemed to maybe know what they were doingdid not step in to provide any guidance to help them move faster or more efficient. By the time we finally paid and sat down,our food was not even slightly warm. This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. This Qdoba is a little rough. The general manager, what a great lady, but she has her hands full. The store was a wreck when we... went -- food everywhere, dirty assembly area, dusty corners, greasy counters. Out of a ton of menu items. Again, the staff isgreat-- seems like the new GM got handed a bomb and she's doing her best to take care of it before it explodes. We won't bereturning any time soon though. Don?t go to this location. Staff won?t acknowledge you. When asked about an order will continue to use their phones. Manager... stands silent the entire time. I love Qdoba! I really do but both this location and the location on 116th street I have had consistently terrible service. I... tried to place my order online but the app hasn't worked in a couple weeks. Even though their hours say 9/10, you have to getthere or get your delivery order in by 7 otherwise they are packing up and make it clear they do not want to serve you. I walkedin at 8 tonight and they only had like chicken and sauce to serve me. I would understand if I walked in 10 mins before close butI was there an hour before and this is not the first time it's happened. Last time, I placed an order for delivery at 7:30, itwas accepted and then my driver arrived and told me they had closed. Not worth it anymore. Go to one of the other casual Mexicanplaces around. We ordered 4 bowls using QDoba app. When we arrived to pickup our order AFTER the given time, NONE of the bowls were prepared... because they were out of some of the items. No one had the courtesy to contact and tell us that they cannot prepare the order.What is the point of taking my email and phone in the app if you are not going to contact me regarding the order? The cherry onthe cake was when I asked for a refund, they said they cannot refund my money until next day because the manager of the storewas not there. Im trying really hard to like Qdoba. When I first moved here I tried it and the food was great but the service was incredibly... rude. Today the service was rude, the food tasted off as well as very small portions. It was $15 for a tiny, under stuffedburrito and a jarritos.
