I made an order, i was told it'll take 15 min. And hour later i called, they had no idea that the order was supposed to be... delivered. Spoke to the manager she was rude, and instead of compensating me for the inconvenience or AT LEAST appologizing forit, she said, "well it's gonna be 4$ extra for delivery!!!!" When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the pizza hut app, the manager was very helpful.... I spent more than 45 minutes trying to order online as I have done countless times before, the app would constantly close theapp. I was uncertain if mt order had been placed so I placed my order by phone. When I arrived I had 2 orders of the sameitems. The manager understood there was a problem and suggested I call Pizza Hut hotline. I also tried to use some of my 590points and was not able to. Always a great experience when I order for pickup. I live within walking distance so I have to be pretty sloshed to require... delivery, but the couple times I went that route it was perfect too. Bone out wings with cajun rub was a blend of perfect meat,precise cooking and a rub recipe that adheres to the meat without being oily, very well done. This location makes me feelspoiled rotten!!!
