Hours are so inconsistent. The inside is filthy. Walked in today at 4:03 pm and looked to be closed despite the door being... unlocked. Walked in and didn?t see anyone. Finally someone came out. Said they can?t do shaved ice or dole whip, only ice cream.Kids were super disappointed. They need to deep clean the inside, windows, doors, floor, tables, walls, etc. and figure out whenthey?re going to be open. Such a disappointment. There was no milk for the milkshakes, and the young man behind the counter said the shaved ice machine wouldn?t work correctly,... when I questioned why he showed us why and I understood. The employee looked like he didn?t want to be there, but soundedfriendly. I asked for a pineapple dole and it took about 2 minutes to get just one dole-whip because he had to make more. He shouldn?t be there. He was unable to even do 2 orders of the samething- he would walk to get a dole whip, walk back, then go back & do another dole whip, same flavor. Very... slow service, no bathrooms and the gentleman said he gave us the advertised discount but then when I added it up, he hadn?t andsaid he didn?t know how to do the discount on the register. Nice location in Fishers for Shaved ice-cream. There are a variety of shaved ice-cream combos. We ordered sugar free passion... fruit and Hawaii pineapple shaved ice. Both flavors were refreshing and good flavors. Great respite from the heat! Personally Iwould have preferred more passion fruit flavor and maybe I will ask the next time but that didn?t ruin the taste in any way. Read more
