I was feeling under the weather so I ordered some soup and a drink delivered. When it arrived, my drink was missing and I was... sent the wrong soup. I was very disappointed but when I called in to the store and spoke to a manager, he went above and beyondto make it right. Great food fast service and good atmosphere. They keep the store too cold for me though
I love Panera, but they must have been having a bad day. My Thai soup was literally cold. I don't mean lukewarm; it was COLD.... Also, I asked them to put no tomatoes on my salad. It seems they added double tomatoes instead. I was not in the mood and intoo much of a hurry to take everything back and start over. Also, it appears that they are moving away from their traditionalreal silverware to plastic that is flimsy and doesn't work very well. The baguette was good. Read more

If you like watered-down soup-this is your place! I just got broccoli cheddar in the drive-thru that makes water look thick. The... other reason I know it's diluted is the flavor was weak. However, I think if you get a strainer, you might find some broccoliand carrots floating in there. Never coming back to this location. Apparently they think customers are ignorant. Read more
