No mention of $2.50 surcharge for queso. 2 basic burritos was $27 and they have the gall to ask for a tip. Also, employees... touching nose and not washing hands, no hair covering, just bad. Read more

Couldn't put names on a large group order even after asking in the online request line. Food was mostly correct at least.

The store is really clean and well kept. The staff are kind and they are usually well stocked in all the menu items. I do wish... the prices hadn't increased so much, but I understand what the market is right now. The food assembly area is really cleanwhich is relieving to see. It makes me feel more comfortable eating there. Their salsa bar was very clean and their CokeFreestyle machine was well kept as well. Read more

I go to moes once I week. Well today I was in nobelsville so I thought I'd try out the new one there. Nice clean store, friendly... staff. Ordered my burrito to go. Was paying when I noticed that the Mondays promotion that moes offers wasn't appied, there was$1.20 taken off but the checker had no clue why. I wasn't going to grill her about it, I'd call the 800 number. Once I calledthe 800 number they told me it was store discretion to offer the discount that the national moes chain promotes. I was told thislocation at 9510 e 146th, nobelsville, In doesn't choose to offer the full promotion. Personally I don't care for that type ofbusiness, I think this mentality shows $1.50 profit over repeat customers. Managment/owner is thinking short term. Read more

Not going to lie to pay almost 12bucks hardly get any food, and still be able to see parts of the bottom of my food container a... little crazy to me. This was the smallest bowl I?ve ever gotten at a place like this and I had to pay extra just to get theamount of food in this picture. Read more

I?ve been going to Moe?s since I was young. Started in North Dakota then when I moved to Texas, a location opened at the end of... my street. Then moved here and this Moe?s opened a few months later. Even though food quality does depend on the employee, experience needs to be taken into account. This location is young so it cannot be perfect every time but getting mad over alittle wait or lack of your strawberry-vanilla Diet Coke flavor is just silly. Love this Moe?s, every time. Read more

Moe's is a good place to get a burrito that is a definite notch above fast food. Portions are good sized and the chips and... choices of salsa are a nice bonus. While it doesn't have the atmosphere of a traditional Mexican restaurant, they get you inand out quickly and the price point is a little lower. Read more

DRIVE THRU!!! Bumped it to 5 stars for this alone. Parent of 4, drive through are clutch if you?re between activities or a kid... car naps. Long time Moe?s fan, first stop at this location. Friendly, clean, food was accurate and tasted good. Chips werewarm, plentiful and had a clean, prepackaged salsa bar fully stocked. They just opened 5 days ago so training and practice are abig part of moving customers through more quickly and knowing the menu well. Things I did not mark down for: quesadilla wasgreat but uncut (hard to eat if I hadn?t taken it home), they were out of pork (that happens) and queso was *super* runny (butit was complimentary when I ordered and I got a cup of the new Buffalo queso on the house from serving line member for me totry.) I hope they work on product consistency. I?ll definitely be back because it?s so close to our neighborhood and it takestime to master food service! Read more
