Would rate lower if I could. Can?t get order right through the drive thru, missed our mobile order entirely somehow (still took... our payment, though), on multiple occasions didn?t make our sandwiches correctly. Example: we order 6 bacon McDoubles and get 1bacon McDouble and 5 McDoubles sans-bacon and without any condiments. Am I crazy? You guys have one of the easiest jobs onEarth. And each time my wife and I go to any fast food joint, including yours, we end up paying almost 30 bucks for our order.It?s nowhere as cheap as when I was younger. We deserve to get what we asked for at that price, right? Read more

If you aren't using their app you have to wait on someone else to take your order. This person couldn't hear when I gave my... order x 2 but had no trouble hearing when I said I was going somewhere else at the same volume. Read more

All I can say is this McDonald?s is runned by workers that don?t care about their customers that I heard in several reviews. And... peoples food was stone cold when they ordered their food. And there service is also slow. Maybe try and get better employeesthat know how to do there job well. And maybe their location would deserve a 4 star. Read more

Drive thru was super long. 10 minutes so far. Multiple people tried going inside but they had both doors locked with NO sign... that the inside was closed. Still in the drive thru now.. update: still in the drive through. It's is now 10:54. Read more

never answer their phone. i have called 6 times regarding an issue on how they are treating my boyfriend as an employee. First... off, they falsified their pay wages on the application, refuse to train him in anyway shape or form because they ?dont feel likeit?. and then he went to show up for his shift yesterday, no one would let him in and they swatted at him through the window andbasically told him to leave, he was supposed to get this weeks schedule yesterday and we have been trying to call sinceyesterday to find out whats up but apparently they ?dont feel like? answering their phone. he has been there for over a week,not one person has talked to him or tried to make him comfortable and he hasn?t been trained what so ever not to mention hestill doesn?t have a uniform. out of all of the different places i have worked at i genuinely can say ive never seen suchunprofessionalism from anyone. not to mention anytime i go as a customer they ALWAYS forget something, mess my order up or arejust flat out disrespectful when im nothing but nice and now i see why.. because they dont get paid enough for the things theyget put through here. so now we get to drive out of our way to go up there and see whats up all because these lazy people cantanswer a phone. i have never seen such disorganization and disrespect in my life. No hasbrowns all day which most McDonald?s do. The dining room literally has 3 tables for a family of 3 or more. Very low level... of customer service. McDonald?s fell off the face of the earth. Read more

My mom and I had went in to eat because I?ve had a headache and not ate this morning. We arrived there around 1:40pm and I went... to the restroom. I?m in there and there are 2 more women inside waiting on a stall to open up, there are only two. There?s alady inside the handicap stall and she?s literally just standing by the wall leaning up against it on the other side of wherethe toilet?s at. I knew this because her feet were right next to the door of the stall. The handicap stall never opened theentire time the two other women. Out comes a lady from the other stall and out comes and employee from the handicap stall. Itwas about 10mins of waiting until she came out. But it doesn?t stop there. She didn?t wash her hands. She smiled and walked pastme, didn?t even look at the sink. I do my business and wash my hands and walk out. I get my food and it was cold. The only thingnot cold was the fries with no salt. My burger was cold, colder than room temperature. Smh. Read more

APP USERS BEWARE! Made a purchase through the app and now have to do foot work to get a refund. Ordered two fish sandwiches and... a coffee and did curbside pickup. App says it typically takes about five minutes, I waited of ten but they were busy so Iunderstood. Employee finally came to car but only with coffee and said they were out of fish, would I like a replacement? I saidno just credit the sandwiches back to my bank card. They said I?d have to go on the app and find a number to call for arefund. If this is how this situation is dealt with I recommend no one use their app to make purchases. Was dumb enough to goback one more time. Ordered two fish sandwiches with no cheese. Barely any tarter sauce. Place is awful! Read more
