Called in order at 4:45 on Halloween. I knew they would be busy so I gave them a 5:45 pick up time the employee said it will be... ready by 5:45 to 5:50. Walked in at 5:50 and it was not even in the oven yet. I know this because I was there for another 40minutes waiting on my pizza. They could not tell me anything like how long? If it was in the oven? Nothing. But first thing theywanted was ny money and then I waited 40 minutes for a pizza I had ordered an hour before I walked in. Employees seemed fine,but to be that far behind and have no answers was a management problem. Enjoyed the pizza but will not be back. My time is worthmore to me than ok pizza.
