I think the day and time you go depends on the quality sub you'll get. When we have gone, Jimmy has been the one making our subs... typically. His subs are AMAZING. They are toasted, flavorful, and stuffed full of ingredients.. They are so delicious and weleave very satisfied. He and the other gentleman usually working with him are friendly and professional. We went Saturdayevening and a lady made my sub. The bottom of the bun was broken so she used the box as the bottom of the sandwich and sat thebroken bun on top of the sandwich... I came in and informed them what had happened and they made me a complimentary sub. Myadvice, ask for Jimmy or the gentleman with him to make your sandwiches. You will leave happy. :) Read more
I haven?t been to the Noblesville location in over a year and remember why. Tables dirty, my New York Steamer was super greasy,... my wife?s veggie was as well sloppy and not made correctly. Bag our order was put in was greasy and so were the sandwichcontainers. Over all a sloppy, greasy $22 mess for a medium veggie and a medium New York Steamer. Read more
I used to LOVE coming to this Firehouse because it?s so close to my house. However, the past 3-4 times I?ve eaten here, I?m left... completely unsatisfied and wondering why i keep coming back. I ordered through DoorDash tonight and was so disappointed. Iordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, and I don?t even know what sandwich I got. It had no bacon and some kind of sour, honey mustardsauce? The loaded potato soup I got was just straight up nasty and inedible. It was as thin as water and had absolutely noflavor whatsoever. Not sure if this is a lack of training, a lack of care, new management? Whatever the issue is, the personrunning this place and the crew have some major work to do. Read more
