So this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. I called an order to go and the lady who answered was not polite- I... should have know better. When we picked up our order the same lady wasn’t even personable or anything. Super short anddismissive. Later when we got home the food had no flavor and honestly tasted like I had COVID again- aka no flavor, and Icalled to let them know. It ended up being the same lady- Veronica. She said the only option was to bring back the food and shewould refund me. I told her that it was going to be about 15-20 minutes. Essentially 1hr of my time wasted. Drive there, backhome, and then again drive there and back home. She didn’t care and said that was the only option. When I got there I toldher how there should’ve been another option or another way to solve it. But making somebody drive back and waste their timewas not the best solution. She didn’t care. Instead she went through my bags to look at the food. I showed her the other bagwhere the food was untouched. She just grabbed it and threw it away. I told her I ordered from there often but I would neverorder again from them because of how she handles the situation. She said that was the option she had and essentially that itdidn’t matter what I thought. I didn’t want to get into a confrontation with her over something like this. I just told herthat me trying to explain a better solution was a waste of time for someone like her who doesn’t care about customers and isjust rude and dismissive to them. Fast ???? I was shocked our delicious food was brought out very quickly. Nice friendly service. A little pricey but good.
I ordered the Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo! It might possibly be the best shrimp/ meal I have ever tasted! The margaritas were a... nice treat as well. I highly recommend if you are in town. Read more
The food was good, portion size is excellent for the price. The real stars of the evening were the staff. Very friendly and... attentive when things were needed. I would happily cone back. The menu is fairly extensive and they have a very nice selectionof drinks. I had a Bahama Mama and was not disappointed. I look forward to coming back and trying something else from the menu. Food was good, service was friendly. The only complaint I have is the fresh cilantro in the salsa. I'm one of the unlucky... people who proceive it to taste like soap. Otherwise it was overall an enjoyable experience. Read more
This is a great place to eat the menu es muy bonito. The food is perfect and the staff is awesome too.
