Always good ice cream , love cold stones for last 10 years plus. Nice location with kids play area.

Over charged me for my ice cream and had an attitude when I asked why. She also scooped a bug out of the sweet cream ice cream... and proceeded to get the customer their ice cream with the same scooper and batch of ice cream. (This you can verify with camerafootage and the time stamped receipt. I have had two orders: one like it with Oreo, brown, and cookie dough. And another like itwith brownie, Oreo, chocolate shavings and brownie. Why was a charged for two signatures plus two mix ins? I've been orderingthe same items for years and I know I was over charged ! I will never return to this location! Read more

It's unfortunate that this shop is managed so poorly. The girls working today got each of our three orders wrong. Apparently... they think chocolate syrup is fudge. When I asked for my order to be corrected they also charged me for extra toppings. Nogreeting was given and two of the girls were completely silent. Sign on the wall says guaranteed fun and friendly customer service. Yeah right!!! Went to the shop with my husband and another... couple after having lunch. I didn't want anything so I so decided to stand back out of line and the way. My friends got theirorder and my husband was waiting to order when one of the workers decides to ask me in a very rude and condescending tone ifthere is something that I need (as if I were loitering). I said no, I'm just waiting on my husband (as I pointed to him inline, who was patiently waiting on her to come and take his order). She then proceeded to turn and look at him as if the factthat he is in line justifies me being in the shop. When it was time to pay I walked over and stood next to my husband and toldher that she really needed to take the posted sign to heart and apply it in her customer encounters. She asked what sign and Ipointed out the sign that east clearly hanging right where customers place their orders. I kindly stated that she did not speakto me in a fun or friendly manner. I like the food here...but, I do think it is a bit pricey. I can go to Walmart and get the a ton of Ice Cream for a similar... price. However, there is a catch. The Ice Cream here is simply amazing. I honestly don't even care about the price, if I get IceCream that tastes this good, I'll definitely pay up every time. As for the service? I didn't feel like it was anything special.I mean the staff wasn't rude and they got me what I wanted. They were nice enough to explain everything to me when I asked howthings their worked stuff like that. But at the same time, I don't think they were exactly trying to make me feel welcome.
