The person who took our order was very nice and as always the food and service was excellent.
Love Chick-fil-A... but this experience was not good. Ordered our food, two couples got food before us. After 25 minutes of... waiting for food, finally walked up to counter to see our food sitting behind the counter. Like I said, two other couples thatordered after us, got food before us. Soggy fries and cold nuggets. I also ordered 2 peppermint shakes.. to find out they areover a dollar more than past... and a size smaller. Does not make sense to me. Delivered the shakes messy and melty as well.Manager gave refund, thankful for that but it was not a good experience.???? Read more

My family loves Chick-fil-A but this location has gone way down hill after the change in ownership. I was told that they can't... cook the fries crispy and they were out of lettuce. The dinning room was gross with no one emptying trash cans or cleaningtables. The chicken sandwiches were burt to a crisp! Waited in drive thru for approximately 10+ minutes to find out at 10:32 am. That they will not serve me breakfast. Sorry but if... Definitely not as good as the chick-fil-a at HTC. Slow service, they don't take cars evenly through the drive thru (2-3 from one... side before getting the other side). And they seem to have problems getting the mobile app to work correctly for rewardredemptions. Read more
The drive thru was not busy at this location at the time which is great for a chick-fil-A location. I ordered quickly, but had... to wait 10 minutes to get my order. When I returned to Hare Chevrolet where they were working on my car I discovered that I gota 12 piece nugget not a 4 strip meal. I have been to several other locations and I have never had this happen. Very disappointedin this location. Read more
We love Chick-fil-A, but at this location we would really like to see some changes. We dined in and ordered two milkshakes and a... kids ice cream. We waited 28 minutes inside for ice cream. It makes it hard for us to want to come here knowing that it takes aslong as it does for food. This happens every time we come. Hoping something changes soon! Read more
