Biggest waste of 20 dollars at a fast food place I have ever spent! If that brisket was cooked for 12 hours why are many parts... red? Ordered crinkle fries and got jalapeño bites and the Jamoca shake was white in color. Woman working the window could notwait 2 seconds for me to make room in my cup holder and said "here you go!" First I want to say thank you for having a nice young man on the register, he was great! Wish I had gotten his name. My problem... is with the incredibly yummy looking new wagyu burger. Mine was half the thickness as it appears on TV and was so overcooked,bone dry, and salty that I couldn't eat it. I got it as take out and I live far enough away that I didn't want to drive back.The wagyu burger price was just as salty as the burger and definitely wasn't worth it, especially when I don't get all thetoppings on it; cheese only. I normally don’t eat fast food and haven’ t been at Arby’s in years but my Reuben sandwich was truly great. Fresh, fast... and delicious. Just like any other Arby's. Pretty clean andh the staff was just fine. Food was good and warm. Only moderately busy at lunch.... Tables could have been cleaned up quicker but they were busy so no problem. When we asked the guy to clean up a table we had noproblem. Always recommend using coupons at Arby's as a food is a little more expensive and coupons can save a lot of money. Willdefinitely be back and will visit other Arby's as well.
