Stopped in at Pioneer BBQ this afternoon for a late lunch on my way back to San Antonio and Glad I did. I ordered the Rib and... Turkey plate with Firecracker corn and Pinto Beans. The Ribs where so tasty and tender perfectly cooked very moist and meaty theTurkey was smoked well and had that back yard BBQ taste I am familiar with just so tasty this lunch was the side orders wherejust as good I was thinking on peach cobbler but I ended up taking a 1/4 pound of Brisket for Dinner instead.
