Some one hit the wall.
On Sunday June 28, 2021 about 4:45pm I called to order pizza. The lady that answered the phone needs a SERIOUS lesson in... customer service! She answered with an abrupt "7-11". When I told her that I needed to order pizza - the next thing I hear isher speaking to someone and it didn't sound like a customer. I had to yell "hello" into the phone to get her attention. She justsaid "ok" no apology... Next thing a male answered "yeah" and I had to repeat my request to order pizza. The newer people hiredneed some training in customer relations! Read more
The store was very clean and the shelves were stocked. The only problem was that one of the urinals in the men?s restroom wasn?t... working. I couldn?t figure out the sink either. The soap was also out. Read more
