We tried this restaurant tonight and were happy with the choice. I got a burger with sautéed onions, my son ordered a double... cheeseburger, and my daughter in law got the chicken and sweet potato waffles. The kids got the Mac n cheese kids meals withfries. Our burgers were tasty with good buns. The waffles were so delicious (though the chicken was a little overcooked). Thekids loved their meals and there was a surprise at the end- the kids meals had been served in frisbees that they got to keep! It was our first time to try out The Collective and we definitely will be back. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,... the restaurant was very clean, and all of our food was delicious. Really enjoyed the hard work put into the decor as well. Read more
????? * Update! Another fabulous dinner, the Ahi Tuna w/ mango salsa was perfect, lightly fermented, fresh veggies served in a... cute Mason jar, and once again the mushrooms were amazing. Great place! We enjoyed our first time at The Collective-EclecticEatery! We were seated immediately as we came for a later dinner. What a beautiful restaurant! The Vegetable Wellington wasamazing with roasted zucchini, the smoked brisket was perfect, and the garlic knots were exceptional as were the friedportabellas ? Omg! Truly amazing little spot! We no longer have to drive all the way to Springfield for date night!!! I loved how many... different little parts of the "collection" were visible. It's made for alot of good conversation starters! Then we get to thefood!!!! OMG! I felt like I was in granny's kitchen!! I had the chicken fried chicken, with APPLESAUCE!!! and sweet potatofries.... never had them served with a special sauce, but theirs is truly special. My man got a HUGE! like 22 oz steak! Thingwas seriously massive! The chef cut it fresh when we arrived and cooked it to medium perfection! Nothing was out of place. Superclean. Only thing I do wish they would do is wear name tags! It would have been nice to give a shout out to the employeesbecause they are top of the line, hospitality rock stars!! We will be back often! Read more
Atmosphere was amazing, the indoors was very fitting of the name. The outdoor section was beautiful, definitely the kind of... place you go to just hang out. The food was pretty good. I had the chicken fried steak and it was pretty good while maybe beinga bit bland. My wife had the steak burger and she loved it. My son had pulled pork and their bbq sauce was very good and thepulled pork itself was fantastic. As for the price it was very reasonable, $42 for 3 people to eat dinner including dessert. Read more
