I never have any problem with them getting my order correct and if they do they fix it without complaint. They are busy little... bees and get everything done as quickly as possible. I don't get to get it as much as I like cause they are always hoppin but Ienjoy it when I do get it. I only gave a 4 cause you took away grilled chicken and most of the healthier options. Read more

"Atmosphere" can't really be reviewed by me for this McDonald's, I've never been inside. However, they are ALWAYS busy. I give... 3's across the board because the food hasn't ever been fresh, always warm at best and the fries are typically stale. Service isjust "here you go, have a nice day." Very hurried (because they're busy) and don't wait for the order check. Didn't give lowerbecause most of the things are understandable, in my opinion ??????????? the workers are pleasant, at least. More than I can sayfor other places in the area!! Read more

The wait was long especially for not having my tea while waiting but my order was hot and fresh. Kid on front counter seemed to... need something to do... it was a little awkward. Read more

The kids there are nice but the service is slow, they always get my order wrong, and they don?t know how to properly communicate... with the rest of the workers about their job. Nor can table (the place where they build the sandwich) can properly read. Iordered a happy meal the other day for my son. He wasn?t with us but we were going to pick him up and surprise him with a happymeal. Ordered a hamburger meal with no ketchup (my son and I are both allergic to tomatoes) and a water. When I checked in theparking lot after I got it, the fries where extremely cold, there was no toy, and the burger was only ketchup (how can youpossibly screw up a hamburger?) and they couldn?t ring up a water to go to the meal (there?s button elsewhere on the register,you have to hunt for it but it?s there) so they did like a special sweet tea thing and then said they wouldn?t make it but didanyway. The most unhappy meal ever basically. We had to drive to Springfield and spend even more money on one happy meal. But itshows how bad they are (especially with communication) and that reflects on to the management for not properly training thesekids to read, speak to one another right, or even make up an order. Some Mcdonalds these days drop the ball. But this one hit the mark pretty well. The poor atmosphere isnt the Employees fault.... The coorperation needs to reinstate the traditional colorful Mcdonalds with a childrens indoor play place. Was such a great timeas a kid and i wish my son could share the same experience as i did. Not busy and took over 10mins for a small order. Staff of at least 10 people and half just chatting with each other. When asking... for napkins or dipping sauce, the manager just looked at me and walked away, one of the workers eventually helped me. Read more

Service was good throught the drive through. Lots of focus on app use. If you are not an app user one could feel awkward. But... the service is wonderful as usual. Food is McDonald's. They have no control over that! Read more

The wait wasn't that bad but I got my food and got home and was absolutely disappointed. I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no... pickles and no onions a medium fry with a side of Mac sauce that I asked for more of and told them to charge me for it. When Igot home my triple cheeseburger was a double and I got the smallest size of Mac sauce. I am pregnant and was craving this anddidn't get what I ordered. They usually are really good about getting my order right but this was just plain laziness on gettingthe right order to the correct person. Don't know if I will return. Read more
