Fast food is way to expensive and they never get the order right.. Went through the drive through and ordered one meal for my... daughter .. Chicken strips, she got a weird cheeseburger. I have always been pleased with the food at Braum's, that is until tonight. I ordered a grilled chicken strawberry poppyseed... salad, upon getting it home I opened the container to find a piece of uncut chicken that was as tough as leather. In additionthe salad did not contain all of the ingredients. I was extremely disappointed. I love their salad and have never had thisexperience before. On a positive side, my dog enjoyed the chicken rawhide. Read more
Brahms is a great place to run in and quickly pick up an assortment of groceries....they carry so much more than milk and ice... cream and iron is good quality. The employees I have encountered there are friendly and helpful. The design for the drive upfood is not great. There is usually a long line which makes it difficult and dangerous to maneuver getting into the parkinglot. The way it is set up is definitely not "user friendly". Read more
There is only one person ahead of us and six people working. After a very long wait for them to finish cleaning everything in... sight which would be good if I didn't have to wait so long they skipped me and went to the next person when I pointed out heyI've been here quite a while as I'm sure they already knew, they told me that other girl would get to me next when she'sfinished cleaning. I'm never going back in there to be treated like that again. I would never cut in front of anybody but by thesame token I would not want anybody to cut in front of me. Read more
Visited this Brahms in Springfield Missouri. After a long day of visiting Silverdollar city, we stopped down for dinner, with... about 18 in our party. Everyone enjoyed their food, and most of us enjoyed our ice cream treats for dessert. I had acheeseburger meal, and a brownie sundae for dessert. There are great ice cream choices here. Anytime we had to this area, Ialways try to find a Brahms restaurant, because their food is so good, and their ice cream is awesome. Read more
Service was poor. Bathroom was dirty there was pee on the toilet seat. Manger didn't send our food order to the cook we was... standing in line the cook asked if we needed anything we said we was waiting for our food. He then went and made our food. Whichwas made wrong. I told them about the female bathroom having pee on the seat and they didn't go clean it. Husband went to themen's bathroom and it was nasty as well. We stayed there eating for 30 mins and no one went and cleaned the bathrooms afterbeing told about them. This was the worse Braum's I have ever been to. Read more
It was a great experience. Went there for ice cream with my 4 kiddos. One of my kids is not a big fan of ice cream. So he... asked for just a waffle cone. The girl that was serving us went out of her way to find something for him to enjoy with hiswaffle cone. Great service. Read more
