I visited Lefty's Pizza and it was divine. We brought our own beverages which was ok. The gluten free pizza was the best I ever... had. Talked to the owner and he knew the history of the property where I was staying. This was the place visited by DennisCollins on his you tube channel. Charming atmosphere, are outside. Friendly owner, fishing customers walking by the restaurant, just like in Italy. I am sure the owner owns the real estate,... that's the only explanation why it is still open, and the fact that this is the only pizza in town. Pricey for the quality. Itwas dead on a summer weekend evening, while other restaurants in Niwot had lines outside. I am a pizza expert, I know what I amsaying. By the way, it is not the oldest restaurant in Boulder County, stop saying that to all tourists. Read more
Got a vegetarian pizza but the veggies and cheese were stale and we unfortunately ended up not eating it at all. Ymmv with... non-vegetarian options but this place is not for me. Read more
Good pizza and nice service. Didn't really like feeling pressured to purchase the loyalty member discount or like that the young... kid taking orders was either (he's young dude and clearly this isn't his forever career but really nice). I'm a firm believerthat a product or promotion should sell itself. I imagine most people just do carryout or delivery considering there's only 1.5tables to sit comfortably at. But all in all it was a good experience and pizza. Oh and the strawberry cheesecake ice cream isreally good, my daughter loved the cookies and cream. Read more
I had a year end party for my team of employee's and we ordered 5 different pizza's for the occasion. We requested the order... during Lefty's mid-day closure and they graciously accommodated our request.
