My burger wasn't hot and tasted like it had been well cooked then microwaved. My fries were hot and so was the poutine for my... son. Our friends orders were mixed up and wrong. Seems to be a trend at most fast-food joints these days. No quality control ofthe product, specially for $33 bucks for 2 people. Was there tonight Friday Oct 21 around 7:05pm waited a ridiculous 25 minutes!!! in the drive thru before finally getting my... food. That has honestly got to be a record wait time for me at any drive thru i've been to. I ordered a Dbl Cheese BurgerCombo, a side of gravy and an extra small fries and thinking i was waiting so long you would think atleast the food would be hotand freshly made and it was the total opposite! The food was terrible! It was super cold when i got home, the fries were driedout and hard, just terrible! Ended up throwing the fries away. Weren't edible. Fortunately i live in between the Nivervilleand Steinbach DQ's Steinbach is maybe about 5 minutes or so further but i will say this.... Steinbach DQ is a way busierrestaurant yet i have never had the experience like at the Niverville DQ. Steinbach DQ service is always quick, the food hasalways 100% of the time i have gone there been fesh and hot and they are usually 2 to 3 times busier than the Nivervillelocation. I don't know why the restaurants are so different but there is no comparison. Going forward i will drive that extra 5 to 10 minutes and get my food from Steinbach DQ it's hot, it's fresh, and it's fast! Not so in Niverville. Very disappointed. Read more

Used the drive thru- Food was hot and delicious but the reason for only 3 stars = the tray with beverages & sundaes was had... sundae topping on the bottom. We did not notice until clothing and car upholstery were soiled. Read more

Food was good, but order fell very short of our expectations. We were told that the box of onion rings would be full to a... certain line (around half the box), but onion rings were barely even piled on top of each other and pretty much just formed onelayer across the bottom of the box (not an exaggeration). The meal I ordered should have came with a sundae but I did not get it(or if I was supposed to get it at the end, I was not told to come back). Edit: What a response from the owner that justinvites us to "check out some amazing DQ favourites" without addressing the problem. No action. Love it. Read more

I got excellent Customer Service from Josh, wow that Guy is good!! would offer him a job when we would have an opening! He is... worth his weight in Gold, Friendly, competent, backed every one of his word by checking the Stock and doing great job. Cake wasfantastic!!! Read more

1 star because i cant give 0 stars. Surely this is a joke. Dairy Queen is actually charging nearly $10 for these "chicken... fingers". We ordered 3 of these chicken finger baskets, wasting $30, and this is what we were given. They're practically chickennuggets, measuring in at appropriate 3 inches, just slightly bigger than a chicken McNugget. Take your hard-earned moneyelsewhere. I stopped here quickly to order an ice cream cake for my son's birthday for the next day. The staff member that came to help me... (Brenna/Breanna - something like that) was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for - an alligator and although it wasn'tin their book to choose from, she said they could do that. She asked me about other things like icing colors and air brushing -things I wouldn't normally know to ask about and was very thorough and helpful. My son was so pleased with his cake! Read more
