I Love the food, better than any other in nitro/st.albans area! I personally have had no bad experience here. Delivery usually... within a reasonable time. Read more
Owner is VERY rude....food all tasted the same and was cooked it way to much oil. Ordered from hete twice to see if they were... just having an off day. I was wrong. Never going to recommend them or order here again. Read more

Ordered from here twice both times OVER an hour late. Tonight the order was placed at 6:10pm with an expected arrival at 7:05.... I called multiple times and when someone finally answered she was super rude, never apologized & stated the delivery driver left5 minutes ago and should be arriving shortly (I live 2 miles away.). After 30 minutes pass I call again & again no answer. Thedriver shows up and states he picked the food up 10 minutes prior. Not only was the manager rude & making excuses, she blatantlylied. All consistent with the first time we ordered here also, we just thought it was a busy Saturday night, we was wrong &suggest literally any restaurant other then this one. ???????? Read more
