I love A & W, this location tho, there is a lady that works here who is so rude, extremely slow, avoids all eye contact, messes... up on orders , I get coffee at this location 3-5 times a week, if this lady is working it will be coke, when I took my coffeeback and said it?s cold she told me it was because I have 3 cream and I made it cold, if she is not there my coffee with the 3cream is never cold. I was in line waiting to order and a lady brought back in her fries and said my fries are frozen in thecenter , the lady server ignored this customer like she did not hear u Tim the customer got angry and started yelling. Just terrible. I stopped in got a chubby chicken burger and Onion rings. The rings were terribly under cooked and way too much... season salt on them. I hope the buzzards like the rings. I SURE DIDN'T Read more
Got a cup of coffee with breakfast and I know it's not much but my server mixed the suger into my coffee and had a lovelysmile.... It's the small things that mean the most. Read more
The staff was unfriendly and the restaurant was filthy, the floor needed cleaning, the bathrooms were also dirty and there were... flies all over the food. Absolutely disgusting for a restaurant chain. I couldn?t dine in because of the filth. Read more
Great food and super friendly staff. Our food was ready within 5 minutes and very tasty! Could tell they had a great work... culture as well - staff were smiling and joking with each other. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and friendly to stop,definitely recommend this location. Read more
One of the best A&W's in the area West of Edmonton (no, they are not all the same!) The food is always fresh, the price is... cheaper than in some locations (yes, the price may differ!). Awesome place and there is a good size new playground with a coupleof picnic tables in a short distance from it so can be used as a stop during a family vacation! Read more
Can't really rate food as I didn't get any. I guess drive-ins are more important than walk-ins. The lady at the front actually... looked right through me, not acknowledging my presence, waiting to place order. At that point I walked out. Even an eye contactand "hi, I'll get to you shortly" would've sufficed. Very rude. Read more
