I do come to this place always to get a bubble tea with no sugar and no ice!!And today I ordered the same drink and I was told... by the filipino girl that she's gonna served me half of the cup only since I ordered it with no ice/sugar! We went to eat here and there were several reasons why I have given it a 2/5. First of all, 2 of the electronic menu screens... were not working so you couldn't even see the full menu to order. Secondly, the staff were just playing around while making ourfood. One staff member was trying to take a selfie of all the staff making the orders and put his cellphone so close to thebroccoli that it was touching it.. not great watching someone's gross cellphone touch the food your supposed to eat. As well,the broccoli was raw. The staff were not friendly and the portions were less than they normally are at any other Edo. I wanted to order sushi and the man working the till told me they don't make sushi if there isn't any prepare sushi left. Every... other Edo will make it for you if you ask. The staff weren't even busy as all 3 were behind the counter playing on their phones. Read more

I'd give this 0 stars If I had the option!! The service was horrible, the staff is rude and they do not respect their... customer.. I asked for sauce and he gave me attitude, and when I asked for the drink that I paid for, they were confrontationaltowards me. I have never had worse customer service than this... never again! Very small portions. I?ve eaten Edo Japan hundreds of times and know their normal portions very well. Today I paid $24+ for a... Chicken and Shrimp Bento with Yakisoba Noodles and an ice tea. What a ripoff. This location is short serving the food portionsin such an obvious manner it?s hard to believe they get away with it. Unorganized with orders. I bought two of the same meals. They made one meals and told me I had to wait for the other one. He... began making the other one. Meat is pre cooked.
