Hands down, by far, the WORST japanese food I have had. Cali rolls were not fresh, rice was dried out. The whole meal... flavorless. Chicken was like chewing cardboard, even with the 3 scoops of 'tariyaki sauce' it was bland and dried out. 16 bucksno drink included in the bento box meal. Should have just gone to A&W, would have been cheaper and a drink with the meal. Read more

I always order ahead online to give them time before I pick up my food. Every single time I have been to this location they have... screwed up something in our order. This time I asked for 3 sauce because they never give enough at this location and they didn'tgive me any. My veggies are essentially raw, and the entire meal was cold despite me being on time for my pickup. Read more

Terrible experience, rude staff who don't listen to what the customer has requested. We would frequent this place regularly as... we work nearby but won't ever be returning here. The cashier even acknowledged how rude and unprofessional the cook staff were.She even went on too mention how they have been losing lots of "regulars" recently as a result.
