This place is ridiculous they don?t know how to make a simple drink. The customer service is rude! I?m calling corporate once... again due lack of customer service and to some girl straight lied and said she was the manager when I asked. These people NEEDBETTER TRAINING! I pay a lot of money to get drinks and food to have to go across the street to the Starbucks in vons to havethem remake it. Something needs to be done! We?ve been going here for years, but in the last year they?ve really gone down hill. I understand that staffing is an issue but... this location lacks regard for service? it?s not cheap to go to Starbucks so when you have an order that is consistentlyhorrible? it makes me think that it?s more than just a staffing issue. Your customer service is sub par and we will likely betaking our business elsewhere. Still the worst Starbucks. It?s okay that they forgot my sandwich order, it happens! But to roll your eyes when I politely ask... for it made me feel awful. She heated the sandwich for 30 seconds, tossed it at me, and didn?t apologize. Read more
Same Starbucks as everywhere else, but they are very slow. Just expect to spend a little while waiting for your drink. They are... also usually low on food in the afternoon, so I never go hungry in the afternoon! Other than that, they are friendly, the storeis very clean, and the drinks are for the most part on par!
